The service provided by the staff was commendable, with their friendly and helpful attitude. The rooms were well-designed, with comfortable beds and pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided at this hotel was satisfying, offering a good start to the day.

The owners are very nice people and very friendly and helpful. There's a supermarket adjoining the hotel (I think owned by the same owners) and it's a good place to buy provisions. The hotel is near to the central rail station and the new metro line and you can get to and from the airport by metro line. If you are familiar with the directions you could also walk to and from the central station. (An auto rickshae should cost around 50/60 rupees and not more).
I and my daughter stayed in de holiday international, back in 2006 when it was just opened and was brand new. It was very clean then. However, as with everything else in inidia, maintenance is always ignored and this word is a strange word to indian society in general. Although this hotel was not as dirty as most indian hotels are, still the standard has gone down more than a little. On the floor we were put up on, there was a kind of service station for waiters, in front of our room, it was so dirty and messed! The thing is that the cleaning and maintenance is done by people (backward) whose idea and standard of cleanliness and maintenance is pretty different from what it's meant to be. Unless there's very strict supervision of these things, the final result is very far from satisfactory! The toilet seat for instance had a paper belt sign reading that the toilet had been sterilized. However, one look at the toilet sink and it's obvious that that this sign is put there automatically. The look of the toilet says it all! Another thing which I didn't like about this place this time is that the workers give you the feeling all the time that you owe them tip. Even if we had intended to leave them tip at the end of our stay, we were so put off by this attitude that we did not leave anything. On the whole this place is ok to stay in for a night or two if you are passing through delhi and need a place to stay. But for the price that you pay, the rooms, bed sheets and covers, toilets and the room's surroundings could be cleaner and make your stay absolutely comfortable!

Great value for the price! Convenient location near public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants. the hotel staff was accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as the spacious rooms.
The hotel could use some updating and cleaning, especially the bathrooms. the noise from the street and barking dogs made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
